Engaging the Guiding Wisdom in Your Dreams
Bob Hoss, MS, explains when that when we are stressed, conflicted, and in need of direction in our lives, it can be comforting to know that we have deep, inner wisdom within. We can access this wisdom in our dreams if we know what to look for. In our story-like dreams, guidance can take the form of emotional problem solving which helps us better adapt to our life situations. In lucid dreams, we can engage with the wisdom directly, gaining answers or perspective that evade our waking minds.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- Why and how the dreaming brain focuses on problem solving
- How to recognize the alternative solutions to resolve our conflicts
- What to do if we know we are dreaming (having a lucid dream) and how to engage wisdom directly
